Starting off with a plate of cold shrimp & fish, sauces, sliced Persian cucumbers with red onion, and crackers with cilantro pesto.
Next up is a bowl of arugula-parmiggiano-reggiano ravioli. I cut baby arugula and dill to cover the bottom of the plate and drizzled olive on it; over that I put the ravioli and sprinkled more baby arugula and dill.
Dessert: strawberry shortcake. Whipped cream, yum. My fave and it's a very light dessert.
Cherry kombucha to drink.

(32,955 posts)The small corn tortillas fit in my 2 qt Pyrex bowl, start with rice & veggies & beans in the oiled bowl. At serving I top with avocado and sour cream.

Boston Bibb lettuce salad with red onion and slices of olives and a Balsamic dressing.
Chocolate chip cookies for dessert.

Spareribs with a less sweet sauce than usual (Vinegar, mustard and pepper are the main flavors)
Baked potato with beef chili from a can (TJ likes it on hotdogs) and a dollop of sour cream.
Steamed broccoli
FLFC has been alternating snacking and sleeping all day. He didn't help me with dinner but slept instead. He's had ribs, steak-umm, chicken dog, apple, and at least one of every kind of treat in the house so he is not lacking in calories today.
