Also, puffed hard red wheat would be nice, if anyone knows a source for that.
I have found a few places where I can get small bags from boutique health-food retailers, but the markup and shipping are fierce. I'd like to be able to buy from the source if possible - but any retailer that will offer bulk quantities and reasonable shipping would be fine.
And no, Arrowhead mills no longer does puffed barley, alas.
I had to order puffed oats from England, where it's apparently a popular cereal in health-food circles, but dang that makes it expensive.
Puffed barley I managed to find from a U.S. source, but in small bags and quite pricey, plus shipping.
Puffed triticale and hard red wheat seem unobtainable.
Anyone got a line on any of these?

But thank you!
