with white wine, chicken stock, tiny bit of tarragon, tiny pinch of cayenne (at this altitude, it keeps food from tasting like airline food), black pepper. rice, and steamed mixed veg. It was quite light, simple, salt free, one tsp of fat per serving.
Keeping it simple is how I've been eating through the pandemic when I grocery shop only every 4-6 weeks.
