... with American and Texan shrimp. My trade-off is we eat very little shrimp, so it's going to be Argentine.

What interests me is the 'no cream'. I am a major tbsp or two of heavy cream kind of cook.

Myers Lemons are my choice, I'll substitute dried orange peel for the zest.

A recipe can end up just being the jumping off point in my kitchen.
