With onion, green pepper, mushrooms, ham, and cheese. Dribbled some Chalula over the top of it. Served it with a couple slices of fried bacon and a cup of coffee.

I didn't want the meal to end it was so good.

Purple Potato Hash Browns

Not as starchy as Idaho's and a nice crisp to them. Cooked in duck fat that I rendered.

And loaded with antioxidants.

Oh yeah, and tasty.
