Cobb salad using glazed sesame-orange-ginger tofu, Quorn (vegetarian) "chicken" cutlets (chipotle flavor, 'cuz that's all they had), goat cheese, avocado, coconut bacon, cherry tomatoes, cucuber, and chives. A scallion from the garden. Hard-boiled egg.

The lettuces will be a mixture of mustard spinach, iceburg, and romaine.

Caesar salad dressing sounds good for this.

Dessert: fruit tart with whipped cream. Cold iced Earl Grey.

11. It was a good one

from the olive oil and black pepper on the underside, to whole wheat crust with cornmeal and oatmeal and a tad of sugar to aid the baking powder and olive oil, to homemade sauce with garlic, oregano, rosemary, marjoram, basil, onions, to the impromptu Walmart Fiesta blend topped with olive oil, black pepper, and salt. All at 405 degrees for 30 minutes (before adding cheese).
