What's for Dinner, Thurs., June 3, 2021

My friend and I went to South Jersey to buy flowers and stopped at a restaurant on the way back. I had a tossed salad and tortellini in cream sauce.

1. Veggie burgers

Hunters stew with home grown asparagus, onions, peppers, garlic,etc. We are in the middle of a thunderstorm here in Pa.

2. Tofu Stir Fry

Worst dinner in years. I don't know where the bitterness came from. Collards I think. Oh well, it was green.

3. Kung pao chicken, dirt cake for dessert.

sounds de-lish. Did you use gummy worms on the top?

6. No gummy worms. One of the kids

requested it, and it was a nice dessert for a hot day.

4. leftovers + finished making potato soup. needed an onion.added the celery + onion today.
