1. Pancakes! slathered with homemade applesauce.

2. BLT on a toasted English muffin

Black coffee.

3. Ravenously hungry this a.m.

Pineapple peach kombucha.

Scrambled egg with fresh scallion, just pulled from the garden. Small piece of steak with steak sauce. Cottage fries with chopped onion.

Small portions, so in a while, I'm having some banana nut bread. Sliced strawberries and a little yogurt on top with nuts.

I think I was so hungry because of an early dinner yesterday, having nothing after 3 p.m. Will be planting dozens of flowers, ornamental plants, and shrubs shortly, so I need my Wheaties!

6. sliced jalapeno franks in hash browns..cheesy scramble eggs

coffee with heavy cream and sugar free vanilla flavoring. Taking bites in between letting the dogs in and out..coffees cold.
