Had a serious taste for it. It takes time to prepare but it's worth it. Also an Argula salad with dried cranberries and an oil and vinegar dressing I'm still thinking up!

I love that pop of dried cranberry in salads. It's great with spinach and feta cheese too!

was dropping off a kid and smelled smoke from the BBQ place. I dropped in on my way back and picked up BBQ, Brunswick stew, and beans. I made a quick slaw at home which is chilling in the fridge.

Mmmmm...

The falafel is the frozen kind. I am baking it in the toaster oven, since it's still 90 degrees outside, and I don't want to fire up the oven.

I used the peppers on a turkey sam.

I didn't do much cooking today as I was involved with cleaning out a storage shed.

today is the first day in 3 weeks I've been able to get around without the walker. I may go out to the Chinese buffet this afternoon, now that I can walk and carry a plate.
