(31,506 posts)and gave 3 away to friends. I used some tenderized round steak that came from one of our local processors. It came out so tender you can cut it with a fork.

(32,928 posts)I marinaded extra firm tofu in a sweet and spicy marinade.** Stir fried that with a package of 'Asian style' frozen veggies over rice. Leftovers for tomorrow. Cold decafe tea.
** I like and eat tofu frequently, I bought a tofu press and even after I let the tofu package drain for a while, when I used the press, I was honestly surprised at how much more liquid I got out. I put the tofu cubes in a zip lock bag for 2 hours and the marinade infused the cubes.
