I am leaving to watch my grandkids nd it is too early to eat. I had the end of a loaf, so I toasted it, buttered and sprinkled everything bagel on it. cinnamon in my coffee, the first cup.

Yeah, its blazing hot here in Virginia today, but I love the taste and texture of Steel Cut oatmeal.

Added chopped nectarine, whole almonds, and agave.

In a little while, I'm going to whirl up a strawberry-mango smoothie.

cooked in bacon fat, fried home made corn beef hash, toasted home made bread with real butter and coffee.
