We're having a weekend that is overcast in the morning, sunny enough in the afternoon

and gorgeous for being outside in the evening.

What do I make for dinner tomorrow? My brain won't give me anything festive. What are you all doing?

I'll also fixed baked potatoes. I'll probably take some greens out of the freezer too. Yum!

A luscious big chicken salad might be good. Made with fresh basil or tarragon, celery, grapes, some kind of nuts. Or a curried chicken salad with cashew nuts and dried cranberries etc. You can even use a supermarket deli broiler (or 2) for the meat if you are short on time. Chicken salad is great with some fresh croissants or really good bread, and a plate of sliced fruits.

You don't say if you are going all out, and how many peeps you will be feeding.

Or how about a big platter of cold cooked peel & eat shrimp, with some dip sauces, and several salads to go with?

Pie is always nice.
