I found the pie I will make for my birthday

which is not for a few weeks, but my guy found this recipe and I've decided to try it. Besides, we shop for the month at the beginning of the month, so I had to add some ingredients to the shopping list.

(I usually ask for a peach pie, but peaches can get expensive.)

Creamsicle pie

My grandmother taught me to make these types of pies 60 years ago. Easy peasy and so tasty!

I make a strawberry version that is always a hit at a summer get together.

Experiment with flavors of jello that you like. It is lots of fun!

Edited to add:

You can use Nilla Waffers for a pie crust. Really adds to the texture and flavor!
