What's for Dinner, Sat., July 3, 2021

Swordfish steak with rosemary and garlic. Used garden garlic and rosemary.

Tomato, avocado, scallion, and cucumber salad. I chopped it up and simply put Caesar salad dressing over it. Club crackers.

Dessert: Dark sea salt chocolate and blueberry kefir.

I was planning to make a pizza last night, but that didn't happen. Al treated us to Chinese food. So I'm eating some Chinese leftovers.

Hunan Delight of Three, lo mein, crab rangoon, fried rice.

There's some ice cream if I go looking for dessert.

The First Mate, aka the Landlady(!), is taking Amtrak from NYC to rejoin me on Pelagic. I’m taking her out for local seafood.

Your swordfish has me drooling.
