1. Coffee and cream now

Blueberry muffins with sliced peaches later.

2. Boiled egg, sesame seed bagel,

cranberry juice, coffee and cream.

egg, cheese and leftover sloppy joe meat.

(It wasn't very good. meat was too sweet.)

4. Something different today -

Oak protein pancakes with bits of ham and cheese cooked in it and an egg on top. Yum.

5. light

All I wanted this morning was something light, so I decided on blueberry kefir, ricotta with pepper and agave in half a pita, and a pear in syrup.

Working on a big salad with chopped veggies for mid-day.

6. I made a version of this this morning.

It was pretty good actually. I made it with onion, bell pepper, tomato, bacon, Swiss cheese, and Mayo.
