Broccoli rabe with curry rice. It should be colorful as it has carrot and purple cabbage in it.

Seasonings/other additions are ginger, garlic, red curry paste, coconut milk, lime juice, soy and fish sauce, and honey.

Cold decaf tea to drink.

1. Catfish filets in lemon garlic almonds, white rice, green bean cherry tomato and basil salad.

2. Taco salad.

Elk taco meat, black beans, bell pepper, jalapenos, tomatoes, cheddar cheese on a bed of baby greens. Spicy dressing on top and chips on the side.

3. A new to me vegan Thai style fish patties, decafe tea

and a salad.

(I get no benefit from this recommendation)
Good Catch Fish Cakes is 8 half dollar sized patties for $8. If I get a coupon I would buy it again.
It really is one of the better 'fake fish' meals I've tried

4. White pizza with

shrimp, artichoke heart, and onion. Jalapeño poppers on side with tzatziki. Still culinarily confused, but good.

First real dinner in a week. Was very sick all week, ate nothing for about 4 days, and next to nothing after that.
