The RG made the sauce and it is very tasty.
Dessert: sliced fresh peaches, mango, and nectarine.

(22,055 posts)Grilled hot dogs with the works: Ketchup, brown mustard, relish, sauerkraut, chopped onions and grated cheddar cheese all on Martins Long Rolls.
Boston-style baked beans and a cucumber salad with yellow cherry tomatoes and dusted with fresh dill topped with olive oil and Balsamic vinegar. Freshly ground pepper, to taste.
Dove bars for dessert.

(17,497 posts)Chops will be pan fried (no breading) seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and some chili powder.
Green beans that were picked today
Corn on the cob (3 ears yellow and 1 ear white - they must have been mixed at the store).
Watermelon after, if I have room.
FLFC will be offered some of his dog food and pork chop trimmings. I will also offer him a green bean, but he's gotten wise to smelling such things before accepting them.
No idea when dinner will be as both TJ and the Four Legged Food Critic are sleeping at the moment.

The stuffing is diced spiral ham, rice, onions, celery, carrot, garlic, oregano and parmesan cheese.

(33,036 posts)I cubed baby potatoes, fried them with onions in olive oil till soft, pulled them out to rest, fried a ground sirloin burger, used the grease to make mushroom onion gravy. Plated the burger & fried potatoes& onions, poured the gravy over.
Cold decafe tea.
Maybe later frozen blueberries & yogurt
