There was no fair last year due to Covid. Then I moved from Arkansas to Illinois in October and discovered the county fair here is only for 4H and FFA. So, decided I'd try my hand at the state fair. It's held about 60 miles from here, but my son will drive me and this guy down tomorrow.

How are you going to store it and take it to the fair?

(13,386 posts)But it would upset me to eat it or watch others cut it up and eat it.
Cats to me are sacred. My goddesses are felines ( Sekhmet and Bast).
I can't bear to see a cat made into food and to be devoured.
So if it's cat shaped or looks like a cat I won't eat it..
But you made that cat cake amazingly beautiful.

(12,245 posts)Not only is the cake a masterpiece in and of itself, that kitteh is too beautiful to be ruined.
Mind you, it would probably be a great shame to not put a cake to the use intended.
Thankfully, the dilemma is not mine.
Congratulations!!!
