Toasted WW English muffin with cream cheese and a fat slice of fresh tomato.

may get ww muffins for later, or tomorrow, as neighbor asked me (yesterday) if I want some of their fresh tomatoes!

For a change cucumber and even radish, or all three.

I very much enjoy the contrasting flavors.
