Bok Choy is a great vegetable. It is also good in salads and in non soup hot dishes. I hope you have been feeling better YoshidaYui.

Been a fan of Asian soups for a very long time.
The 4 times I was in China, I probably had soup on 4 of the 7 days, each time.
I've also had really good soup in the Philippines, Malaysia, Japan & Singapore. I don't remember if I had soup in South Korea & Thailand, but I did have it in India. (The place I ate when I took a free day to see the Taj.)
