FLFC is again sleeping late. He was up several times overnight eating, so I'm not concerned.

2. it's clean out the frig/freezer week

so I will be having some oddball things for breakfast and dinner.

Today it is three macaroni and cheese balls. yum! Cooked in the air fryer and served with homemade tomato sauce that my brother and I cooked up a few days ago.

I am also baking corn muffins to go with soup later. I'm putting in cheddar cheese bits and jalopeno.

Making tomato sauce this morning, too. I chopped up the tomatoes, onions, and garlic last night.

With the fresh basil I picked for the sauce, my house is very fragrant.
