3. breakfast burrito

egg, cheese, sausage and some leftover cous cous in a tortilla w/ a few dashes of hot sauce

The cous cous was tasty, but it made for a strange texture. There was quite a bit left over from dinner, and I wanted to use it up.

4. My husband is bringing us burritos from Braum's

They are pretty good for a non-Mexican place.

Folks from North Texas and Oklahoma know about Braums. It is what folks up North would call a dairy store, but it is a fast food place with a small grocery area which features all of their dairy products.

The Braums family has a very large dairy operation in Oklahoma and their milk is just the best!!

They make fabulous ice cream too. I believe the stores started out as ice cream stores but I am not 100% sure.

5. post-storm NJ morning

Ham and egg on toasted, seeded rye.

At some point, a little yogurt with blueberries, topped with toasted walnuts.

Cherry kombucha to drink.

I had to work so hard yesterday to get my roofer back over. I am in the midst of a roofing job and a tarp had to go over one section of the roof. Was I ever glad he made it by the end of the day because later and in the night we had a lot of rain which would have leaked into my second story.
