What's for Dinner, Fri., Nov. 19, 2021

I know I'm going to be cold when I come in because we are planting garlic tonight in the student gardens at one of my schools. Elephant garlic.

Therefore, tonight I'm having chili with chopped red onion and grated cheddar on top.

Bought new salad ingredients today, like ruffly red lettuce, snow peas, green pepper, cucumbers, and cherry tomatoes. Caesar salad dressing.

The last of the blueberry cobbler for dessert, along with a big mug of ginger tea.

Off into the cold I go!

that my guys brought home from Alaska. I'm going to make open faced hot salmon salad sandwiches with capers and green onions. We'll have a tossed salad on the side with butter lettuce, snow peas, homemade croutons and a white balsamic vinaigrette.

today I made a beef enchilada casserole. It is very rich, so the salsa and some sour cream should do the trick to even it out a bit. That, along with some rice and red beans.
