Tuscany Sausage and Potato Soup. Has Swiss chard, onion, and bacon in it, too.
Tossed green salad, a mixture of ruffly red and mustard spinach.
Dessert: decaf and Sweetzles spiced wafers with whipped cream on them. This is a regional brand from PA but they distribute up here.
on edit: forgot to mention, I picked up a new kombucha today, which I am trying tonight. It's called Rowdy Mermaid and I bought two flavors: Lion's Root, which has pineapple and turmeric in it. Also peach flavor.
I'm also making basil pesto tonight.

I added lettuce, tomato, and pickles...also had a bit of cheddar on the sandwich. I ate it with a handful of potato chips and baby carrots. For dessert, I had a Luna peppermint bar. It was a simple meal...but it was delicious. I suppose hunger is the best sauce!
