Baked pasta dish using penne and broccoli rabe. This is sometimes called fromage, which means "cheese." Just add eggs, grated cheese, half 'n half, paprika, cayenne.

2. We're just grazing tonight

since our kiddo won't be home for dinner. I'm steaming some big artichokes and making shrimp cocktail with jumbo prawns. I hope the bakery isn't out of sourdough baguettes before I leave work.

5. Made roast beef last night...prime meat on clearance at Giant Eagle. hubs was not feeling great

feeling well yesterday so I had leftover rotisserie. Today I made a sandwich with the roast beef...boy was it good! I had some chips and a giant salad. For dessert I had grapes and a luna lemon minibar.

6. i speed made a old family soup casserole on the stove top. hamburger meat, can of campbell's tomato

bisque, or tomato plus milk + brown sugar, gr bell pepper, onion + black pepper w macaroni or shells.
