Done with orange, lemon, onion, herbs de provance & 1.5 cups water or chicken breast.

Ideas?

My wall over's thermost sticks at times, so I'm not willing to risk another holiday meal.

meat can get rubbery if you release the pressure too soon. If possible, it's usually best to let the pressure release naturally.

Note: she uses 6 min/lb and Mary uses 8min. Go with Mary. She was more accurate when I did a whole chicken.

but I guess it's the same, i.e., 6 min. per lb. She's funny, though. I use youtube a lot for recipes. Sometimes it helps to see what's happening.

You're welcome!

I thought it might be something with release time, but I did natural release.
