Angel hair pasta and shrimp. The sauce is already made so all I have to do is cook the shrimp and boil the pasta, which is fresh.

Tossed green salad with peppers, cucumber, celery, radishes, carrots and tomato

Dessert: I was at my friend's house this afternoon having tea and she sent me home with a slice of latticed apple pie.

1. I made a grilled vegan kielbasa sausage sandwich

On whole grain, onion, spicy mustard and spicy mustard.
Hit decafe tea

4. Leftover turkey

Club sandwiches with turkey, olive oil mayonnaise, bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, sliced onions on triple-decker white toast. Classic.

Leftover mashed potatoes and steamed green beans to balance the sandwich. Pumpkin pie for dessert.

A little bit of lots of things: Lima beans & ham hock, turkey and dressing, New England dinner. When will this end??? Actually, I'm loving it, but I'm ready for some greasy pizza or a burger.
