Bought some to add to protein smoothies. Just made some up for a sandwich and its great. 1/4 the calories, less fat and sugars. Best part taste great. 3 grams of fiber for every 4 grams of carbs.

Peanut Butter Powder
Cashew Milk
1/2 banana
Sometimes I add an emptied capsule of Turmeric with an added proprietary blend for absorption.
YUMMY for 8 o'clock breakfast and can totally skip lunch and eat a veggy salad w/green tea - I'm good for the day!
Other days I do the vanilla protein powder or the caramel protein powder
peanut butter powder
Dole fruit cup
and nut milk or full-fat coconut milk all blended
