2. My usual Sunday .....

"City roasted" Kenya coffee beans. (My new coffee bean roaster came in last week.)

Mushroom omelet: Fried onions. Portabella, Royal Trumpet, Chantrelle and Lion's Mane mushrooms. I used the last Chicken-of-the-woods last month)

Slow cooked grits with Grade B, dark Vermont Maple Syrup and cinnamon added. (Christmas recipe)

3. Breakfast Quinoa Cranberry Bake

Also has pecan, chopped apple, crystallized ginger, and chia seed. Oatmeal, milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon. It's baked for around 25".

I found the recipe in the food newsletter from the Washington Post.
