What's for Dinner, Tues., 12/21/21

Shrimp burger on Brioche roll.

The sauce for the shrimp burger has Japanese mayo, soy, and sesame oil.

Ruffly green lettuce and slice of tomato go on the sandwich.

Coleslaw with pineapple and almonds.

Dessert:

I already had a blondie while I was doing Christmas cards, so no dessert tonight.

Ginger kombucha.

Steak's been hanging around since April. The company expected never showed. Plan to empty the fridge by 1/1/22.

We may have it tomorrow and Thursday night too--there's enough of it. I have a lot of crocheting to do before Saturday.

It sure smells good.
I did the meat last night and will finish with potatoes and carrots for dinner.

OH, it has been decades since I had that. This is a good idea for the winter. Thanks!
