Tea and toast now, breakfast fried rice from yesterdays veggies and rice and an scrambled egg mixed in later today

I'm out of Taylor Ham so none of that today. (If you live in N.J. or been in N.J., you know what that is.)

Kenyan AAA coffee that I roasted last week. Fresh ground this morning.

Eggs over, fried in bacon fat and in olive oil, infused with chili pepper seeds.

Wilshire Farms bacon. This comes from Whole Foods although I sometimes get "better than ends" at a Vemont smoke shop when I drive to Vermont.

Honey-flaxseed with banana slices. Two slices of the date nut bread my friend gave me for Christmas.

Decaf hazelnut.
