Spaghetti and meatballs and a tossed green salad with carrots, peppers, red onion, and Persian cucumbers.

Blondie and decaf for dessert.

1. Fish

Salmon with Cajun rub
Asparagus with light hollandaise
Tossed salad with Romaine, celery, cucumber, radish and cauliflower
Lefse with butter and cinnamon sugar

2. We had a bunch of prime rib leftover

from a family dinner, so we made beef stew and today we made beef barley soup. My daughter is visiting her son and they are making crab chowder. They are going to stop by on their way home and trade us some chowder for some beef barley soup. My wife baked some fresh bread on Friday, so we will make garlic bread out of that.

I did a cilantro-lime crema, instead of chipotle, and no scallions

Like most tacos, good but messy to eat

4. Wawa Cheese Hoagies

Sunchips, sparkling water. I had to cook gluten free apple crisp and cornbread for a family gathering tomorrow. Ran out of steam. Plus the oven broke....
