Husband can no longer eat tomatoes. This recipe looks great, if I could figure out a good substitute for the tomato sauce. Also think that the salami should be German salami to properly complement the cabbage. Bookmarked for future reference.

I bought several cases of canned mushrooms from Costco a few weeks ago. They are from NL and are very good. I think they'd work a treat in this recipe.

I usually don't click on videos of recipes because it's annoying if you can't find the recipe to put aside until you feel like making something. I found a few versions of this one, but I couldn't find this particular recipe.
