blueberries, banana, Greek yogurt, agave swirl, chia seeds sprinkled over the top.

blueberry-walnut nut corn muffins, home baked.

Beautiful day here; I'm going to transfer herbs from pots into an elevated raised bed. The bed has a cover so I can get these herbs through the winter, perhaps.

Oh, Irisblue--Jan. 2 is "holidays over, back to healthy eating."
