I just cannot choke down liver of any kind in any way, shape or form. Hope you enjoy them, tho.

I just bought chicken livers to try out in the air fryer. Love them!

(4,670 posts)7. Pan-fried in no oil. I was surprised how much liquid it started out with.
I made sure they were done, covering them and simmering first and then browning until the liquid was gone. They turned out great.
