Oven Baked St. Louis BBQ Ribs

My broiler isn't working so I raised the temp to 425F and put them back in uncovered for about 10 minutes after adding the BBQ sauce. Started smelling like the sauce was burning, so I took them out. Still tasted really good, tho, very tender, too.

Also pictured, fried potatoes with Lawry's, pepper and garlic, green salad with homemade bleu cheese dressing.

It really is a delicious and easy recipe:

Then it isn't really drinking it.

Or pour a bit in your tea, just for flavoring.
