My broiler isn't working so I raised the temp to 425F and put them back in uncovered for about 10 minutes after adding the BBQ sauce. Started smelling like the sauce was burning, so I took them out. Still tasted really good, tho, very tender, too.
Also pictured, fried potatoes with Lawry's, pepper and garlic, green salad with homemade bleu cheese dressing.

(16,069 posts)Ive made baby backs in the oven before. Par boiled in beer then into a Dutch oven.. like you, sauce in for the last 10 minutes. 45 minutes in beer n 45 minutes in the oven.. hmmm.. has been a while, come to think .. need to make some n my special cole slaw
