Coffee now, I'm not sure what later.
Send a thought to my brother, Ed he is having cancer surgery this morning. I cannot imagine a world where he is not in it.

3. over-easy egg

cheese melted on top
spoonful of salsa on the side
1/2 English muffin
4 slices of bacon

4. For me nothing, but husband of course wants to eat. :0/

He's requesting what our family just refers to as ham'n. Ham and eggs, potatoes and toast.

It's freezing here, so I'd rather just stay under the blankets with the kitties.

Sorry, I'll def keep a thought for Ed.

5. fruit, bagel

Sliced banana, mango, blackberries and strawberries. Agave sweetened Greek yogurt over the top and also pomegranate seeds.

Everything bagel with cream cheese.

Decaf hazelnut.

Busy day: this has to last me all day. Glad I have good leftovers in the frig for dinner.

I sure know what you mean, IB, about your brother. I will keep him in my thoughts and send positive energy.
