1. As the winter storm heads our way...

...my slow cooker is full of potatoes, carrots, broccoli and onion. Going to add some cream and lots of cheese here in a while.

Need to get some Ain5 dough out of the fridge to bake that for tonight, too.

We're going to be snacking on that fruitcake for several days, as well.

I'm going to mash a few recipes together and see what happens. I don't have coconut milk and I didn't care for that taste in it last time.

Will serve over rice and have some roasted asparagus on the side.

with roasted curried cauliflower and fingerling potatoes cooked in brine. The pork has been slow cooking for hours and is almost done. And the rest of the week - leftovers!
