I'm making pretzels dipped in white chocolate tonight for Valentine's Day, so munching on those as I make them will be dessert.

Air fryer lemon-garlic salmon, baked potatoes. Spousal unit will have salad, but I'm starting to have swallowing problems again (surgery March 9) so applesauce for me.

appetizer is a simple salad of romaine, cherry tomatoes, shredded carrots and yellow bell pepper. It is dressed w/ olive oil and lemon juice


dessert is the chocolate loaf cake

11. Meatloaf Mac & Cheese.

12. I made a Rueben with corned beef, swiss...I don't like Kraut so I used some coleslaw...just a bit.

I put mustard between corned beef and cheese on the top and bottom and made it like a grilled cheese. It was really good and I had potato salad, salad with homemade ranch and fruit for dessert.
