4. I think we're going to have nachos. I don't

normally watch the Super Bowl but the kiddo has to watch the commercials for marketing class.

Cut up veggies and hummus.

6. Italian sausage with provolone, peppers and onions on hoagie rolls,

mozzarella sticks, crispy green beans and chips.

A couple of those were still in the freezer after New Year’s eve.

8. I made chicken wings

We watched the game on and off, but didn’t really make special food. We had chicken wings only because I’d found half a bag at the bottom of the freezer the day before and made a big batch, which we had for lunch and game time.

10. Easy Meal, was busy

Sandwiches with homemade pimento cheese, tomato soup out of a can, potato chips, sweet heat pickle slices. finished off the pimento cheese on Monday.
