Pulled pork sandwiches, BBQ sauce, on Brioche rolls.
Macaroni and cheese.
Tossed green salad with all kinds of fresh veggies I got at the Korean greengrocer today. Peppers, avocados, celery, cucumber, tomato.
Dessert: orange tea and a Heath bar.

(43,127 posts)Asparagus soup. Hummus sandwiches. 2 Klondike bars. That should do it.
Fried catfish with panko breading. Served with Louisiana hot sauce, lemon wedges, tartar sauce and garnished with parsley and a cornichon pickle. Hand-cut French fries and homemade cole slaw with tomatoes on the side.
This is the last piece of catfish that we have until Spring. Alas, we love it.

(46,080 posts)Anchovy Sauce Ingredients - Makes 1/4 cup
4 salted anchovy fillets, rinsed
2 large garlic cloves
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
Directions for the anchovy sauce:
In a mortar, pound the anchovy fillets, garlic and parsley with a pestle until a pest . Slowly pound in the olive oil and lemon juice.
Pour the sauce over the grilled tuna and serve with additional lemon wedges.

(23,307 posts)Homemade Mac and cheese. Almond green beans. This is a redo of a meal we had earlier in the week my 16 year old son has influenza and needed his mom today lots of cool hand in his forehead, back rubs and sorbet deliveries to his room.

(10,133 posts)Have a little bit of sauerbraten left over from Sunday, putting it in tortillas with some quick-pickled cabbage and guacamole, with potato salad on the side.
If Korean tacos can become a thing, so can other cross-cultural ones!
