Chocolate donut and decaf for dessert.
Donut compliments of my sweet-lover friend who doesn't want the entire package in his house.

1. Homemade hamburger

on a Bays English muffin with cheese, mustard, pickles, and onions. Air fryer French fries and iced tea.

I feel like I should be celebrating. I finished my granddaughter's blanket today.

More cookies for dessert? They should make a machine where you lock it for 2 weeks and it only dispenses 3 a day.

4. Meatless Monday. Scrambled tofu w/assorted veggies over jasmine rice. Decafe tea

5. Homemade lasagna...

with homemade sauce and homemade ricotta. Green salad with balsamic vinaigrette.

As always, the beverage will be water after eating, and then a cup of mocha later.

Day 4 of chocolate cheesecake, now slightly more than half gone. Cut a hunk out yesterday for neighbors.

Frozen convenience foods today. I subbed math at a school that goes to 3:30. Got stuck by a crossing freight train on the way home, so didn't get home until after 4.
Maybe tomorrow, I'll make my warm spice tacos.

8. Pizza night!

the crust is on its final rise. It will have cheese, pepperoni, onions, bell pepper and whatever else I can find in the fridge.
