Lives in Vermont now....does photography, gardening....lovely family too...

He helped mentor our Brett into a French Chef....both Francois and our Brett graduated from new England Culinary Institute in Vermont....Brett in 2019 graduate...4 year degree and now works as an Executive Chef in Edmonton, Canada...Yarrow Restaurant.
