What are your favorite Air Fryer recipes?

I recently purchased a Ninja Air Fryer Max XL new in box on Craigslist for $25. The guy selling it said he got it for Christmas but doesn't cook. It's something I had been wanting but didn't want to spend the money on in case I didn't like it. Not to mention it's a HUGE counter hog.

I have a small one that can't really do much except fry frozen stuff like French fries, egg rolls, etc. I do reheat chicken and some other things. Even though I can't do "meals," it's still a nice tool to have to supplement the IP and electric stove/oven. I do love roasting garlic in it, though.

Youtube has tons of air fryer recipes, that would probably be your best bet, or just google.

Hot dogs too.
Also great for baked potatoes when you don’t want to use the oven. Pierce with fork, coat lightly in vegetable oil, sprinkle with sea salt. 45 minutes at highest temp.

they are yummy! She soaked chicken breast tenderloin strips in buttermilk a few hours. Drained them, dusted them with flour and then dipped in beaten egg. Rolled them in Doritos she had made into crumbs with her food processor. Cooked about 10 minutes in the air fryer. We had taco and ranch flavor Doritos. I hate to admit they were quite good.

Fresh unfrozen wings. Splash with soy sauce, then sprinkle on a spice mix. Cook at 390 for five minutes, toss or turn and cook 5 more.
Remove and coat with hot-wing sauce ( I thin mine with melted butter to tone down the hot factor), and cook for 10 to 12 more minutes. Irresistible. I also do burgers (grill grate), salmon fritters, chicken breast, and tonight I'm trying shrimp on the grill grate.
