Looking at a rainy weekend. So many new birds here in Lancaster Co., including the red Grosbeak.
But I digress. Annie's frozen enchiladas , Mexi-basmati rice, avacado, onion, lime, and feta salad, and (of course) Hershey's chocolates for dessert. (They are fresh!)

gravy. Yellow squash and buttered beets.

Cooked for Dad too. He had something similar: scrambled hamburg in onion gravy over mashed potatoes, sauteed yellow squash, broccoli.

Beets: I boil until fork tender, then slice and put them in a pan with butter until the butter melts.
