I got some Justice!

Took a day trip to Penzey’s Spices in Evanston IL this week to pick up my order of Penzey’s spices: Justice, Pasta Sprinkle, and Mural of Flavor. (They emailed me a sale offer that included a box of the three spices). All are salt free. I also bought Berebere seasoning and Vanilla Sugar. They also included bumper stickers to give away encouraging people to vote.

Today I made spaghetti using Justice, Pasta Sprinkle, and Mural of Flavor. I put a little Berebere in too. Yum 😋!

The spaghetti was also nutritious because I used lots veggies (mushrooms, spinach and carrots) that were in danger of going bad. Of course I included the regulars: ground beef, onions, fresh garlic, and bell pepper.

The spices really amped up the dish. I’ll be going back to Penzeys.

And many other uses.

Excellent snack: Spoon cottage cheese into celery ribs and sprinkle with Justice.

Salad dressing: Minced red bell pepper, sherry wine vinegar, olive oil, black pepper and Justice with or without a squeeze of lemon juice.

Breakfast: Scramble eggs with Justice and a little cream cheese.

I could go on and on.

It's one of my favorites from Penzeys.

appreciatively,
Bright

and was gift a box of spices from Penzey. I couldn't believe the difference in their spices! I fell in love with them! Their politics just sealed the deal for me. I've bought from them ever since. Hubby's interest in cooking has wanted since then... my interest in Penzey hasn't!

Excellent products from a progressive company. I use some of their stuff in just about every meal I prepare. A friend gave me a gift box as a housewarming gift 30 years ago when I moved to Seattle, and I was immediately hooked on their quality and consistency.

If you haven't done so already, be sure to sign up for their email list. They send out a lot of excellent recipes and also regularly hold the MAGAt's toes to the fire.

(For a sublime experience, put a little Sunny Paris on fried eggs!)
