my fave.

I can hardly wait to get out to my elephant ears:

This is a grouping I did last week in a pot that is about 4' tall.

It's not an elephant ear, though; it's a banana plant!

Will look like this:

house plant, but instead of streaks of red it's white. I forgot the name?

I put out a new hosta bed last fall deep in my woods with a park bench in the center. On one side I have a giant Blue Angel and on the other side a giant Paul's Glory. I planted lady ferns next to each hosta. Raccoons keep pulling the ferns up looking for grubs. I need to buy some Irish Spring soap and cut it up in little chunks and place around in the bed. Something about the odor will keep the critters away. If I ever get this bed established, I'll take some pictures.

Sometimes I eat more carbs on Sat. but I had a big piece of cake yesterday so went light this am. Coffee with 2% milk & stevia, an over easy arucana egg on light wheat toast and a little watermelon to end the meal. yum.
