1/2 cup mango chunks (one Manila mango)
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup milk and/or water--use more if your lassi is too thick
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons sugar
Put it all in the blender and blend away. Some people add cardamom, and some add ice. Some even sprinkle salt on it.

(102,270 posts)3. One of my favorite, favorite things from time spent working in India. I now use Torani sugar-free
mango syrup, instead of sugar, especially given the amount of natural sugar in the mango-- and it is equally yummy. The cardamom is definitely the final touch.
