Burnt Basque Cheesecake photos.

Even tho it's called a "burnt" Basque cheesecake, it's not intended to be literal. There are a few burnt flakes in the photos from where the batter spilled onto the parchment paper that was sticking up above the edge of the pan. (I accidentally spilled about a cup of the batter when moving the pan onto the baking sheet. )

Where do I find your recipe? That looks amazing.

On edit: the recipe from Bon Appetit looks easy. Could it be so simple?

It's stupid simple, but the flavor and richness won't give that away!
