I’m solo for a week to so. I’m going to treat myself to a favorite.

Appetizer
Vegetable Samosas
Cucumber and onion salad

Entree
Spicy chicken Vindaloo
Aloo paratha
Basmati rice with Cardamon

Condiments
Arita
Onion relish
Mango pickles

Dessert
Kheer

Quite a pig-out but I’ll have left-overs for lunch tomorrow.

On whole wheat tortilla instead of pita. Homemade except the tortilla. Lettuce and some of the tomatoes from our garden.

Made the tabbouleh (with couscous) earlier today, and just got the falafel mixed in the food processor and have it sitting in the fridge for a bit.

Still have a choice of Basque cheesecake, ice cream sandwiches, mint chocolate chip ice cream, musk melon and fresh peaches available for a treat later on.

(Yes, I have water spots on my plate. )
